I package all orders in a box to prevent crushing, bending and damage. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. This ensures your items arrive safely and securely! 

All items with the exception of Journals and Pocket Bundles are shipped in 1-3 business days. Journals and Pocket Bundles are shipped in 3-5 business days. 

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

For Returns, contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Returns and exchange details

No refunds will be issued on any custom or personalized orders. I am happy to offer a full refund on in stock purchases once the products have been returned undamaged and in new condition.

Papercuts and such has access to limited personal data for business purposes.

When you place an order with me, Goimagine will provide your name, delivery address and email address. I will only use these details to process and ship your order, or for any questions you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Goimagine, I will receive your username and email address.

The only circumstances where your data is shared, are in processing your Goimagine order or complying with laws. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your consent.

The circumstances I may share your data are to comply with my Goimagine requirements, to fulfill your order with delivery companies and to comply with legal or tax obligations.

I will only retain your details for as long as it is necessary to process the transaction and I securely store any and all data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer communications for seven years for tax purposes. After this time, I delete your data from my records.You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. I use Google analytics to collect aggregated, non-personal data for business purposes. To opt out of Google data collection, go to your Google privacy settings in your Google account and opt out.
